Deliverables:


  • Use our dedicated CRM project management platform (Buildertrend) to support project management.
  • Assist in estimating, budget monitoring and expense tracking for projects.
  • Organize and maintain project documentation, including contracts, permits, and drawings.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Track project progress and update project leaders on milestones and deadlines.
  • Assist the Project Manager in preparing and maintaining project schedules.
  • Support the coordination of meetings and communications among project stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on construction sites.
  • Assist in resolving projectrelated issues and conflicts as they arise.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate records of project activities and expenses.
  • Support project managers in any other administrative tasks or duties as assigned.
  • Perform other jobrelated duties as assigned.

Requirements:


  • Have a reliable vehicle for personal transportation and a valid driver's license. Our office is not located on a bus route.
  • Demonstrate a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in construction Project Management supporting activities.
  • Proficient in English skills, with strong written and spoken communication abilities.
  • Be legally entitled to work in Canada: Valid Work Permit, Permanent Resident or Citizen.
  • Be a Manitoba resident, living in the city of Winnipeg or within a reasonable commuting distance of our office.
  • Education or specialized training in Project Management, business management or administration.
