- Are 18 years or older and authorized to work in Canada

- Have basic computer knowledge, mechanical aptitude and good math skills
- Are able to maintain a work schedule of 12-hour rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays and overtime
- Can pass a pre-employment assessment and a pre-employment background screening
- Can pass post-offer / pre-hire Physical Abilities Test (PAT)
- Industrial environment (noise, dust, moving equipment, etc.) May include prolong periods of standing, along with occasional bending, reaching, lifting and carrying up to 30 lbs, climbing, twisting, stooping etc. Schedule (hours, work week length, overtime responsibilities, Flexibility, etc.)
