Course Description:
An examination of the social bases of illness.
In different years consideration may be given to topics such as gender, social class and occupational and environmental health issues.
Required Qualifications:
A Ph.
D. degree in Sociology is preferred with successful teaching experience and a strong scholarly record.
In addition, selection will be based on seniority, teaching competence, ability to perform the various duties and previous academic employment experience.
- Supplemented Fees
The actual rate of pay when in excess of the base rate of pay is deemed to include any supplemented fees owing, to the extent of the excess amount.
If the actual rate of pay is less than the sum of the base rate of pay and the supplemented fees owing, then the employee shall receive the difference.
