    Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

    Mettler Toledo is looking to hire an Inside Sale Representative for its location in Mississauga. As an Inside Sale Representative, you will be in charge of sales to direct customers and distributors, providing top-notch sales support to both the field sales organization and end-users. Your role will involve selling specific products and services to end users, from lead to quotation to finalizing the sale with minimal Field Sales Representatives involvement when support is needed.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Manage incoming demand like phone calls, emails, service requests with quality, a sense of urgency, and follow-up
    • Assist Field Sales Organization with baseline targets and lead counts through qualification, nurturing, and quoting support to enhance their productivity
    • Actively drive revenue by engaging in planned sales and service activities in cooperation with the field sales organization
    • Collaborate with field sales representatives, customer service, tech support, and contract departments to resolve problems and customer issues
    • Manage all business activities using the customer relationship management (CRM) system
    • Perform other assigned duties

    What You Need to Succeed

    • A bachelor's or an associate degree in a technical field with one or two years of customer service, sales, call center, or related experience is preferred
    • Bilingual in French and English
    • Ability and technical acumen to learn about our products and services
    • Willingness to travel within Canada and the U.S.
    • Legally entitled to work in Canada
