    Job Overview:

    Join our dynamic team of Face to Face fundraising consultants and make a meaningful impact on the world. Our professional sales and consulting firm is urgently seeking energetic, self-starting individuals to take on the role of sales representative.

    Impactful Work: Partner with some of Canada's most notable charities and hospitals like Sick Kids, UNICEF, Canadian Red Cross, CAMH, Sunnybrook Hospital, Trillium Health Partners, and Plan Canada.

    (No Previous experience required)

    Responsibilities:

    • Meet face-to-face with potential customers to acquire new donors
    • Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand their needs
    • Resolve donor inquiries and concerns
    • Facilitate donation transactions and ensure the donation process is smooth

    Requirements:

    • Highly motivated and positive individuals with leadership qualities
    • Excellent communication and people skills
    • Strong organizational and presentation abilities
    • Ability to work both independently and in a team
    • Creativity and eagerness to learn
    • Good negotiation and sales capabilities
    • Confidence in speaking publicly
    • Patience to handle donor inquiries

    Benefits:

    Schedule: Monday to Sunday (5 Days Mandatory)

    Compensation:

    • $600 - $1200 weekly
    • Base pay for training
    • Commission pay
    • Bonus pay

    Experience: Sales: 1 year (preferred)

    Licence/Certification: Driving Licence (preferred)

    Ability to commute/relocate:

    Mississuaga,ON: Reliably Commute/plan to relocate before starting work (required)
