Who You Are:


We're seeking a positive, personable Customer Service Representative for a rewarding career opportunity You'll connect with new people, tackle tough problems, and raise the bar on an excellent customer experience.

We are looking for part-time team members for our office in Barrie, Ontario.

The part-time position hours are scheduled from Monday to Friday from 3PM - 8 PM and a rotational schedule for weekends from 9AM - 5PM.


Responsibilities:


  • Answering incoming calls in a timely and friendly manner, following the company scripts provided
  • Booking sales appointments and service appointments for both commercial and residential customers, ensuring all information is accurate
  • Maintaining customer profiles, ensuring they are accurate
  • Greet customers coming into the showroom
  • Participate in administrative tasks

Skills:


  • Demonstrate excellent telephone demeanor and ability to book appointments and obtain information accurately
  • Proficient with computers
  • Proficient with Google Workspace and Microsoft
  • Must possess exemplary interpersonal skills, communication skills, and active listening skills
  • Demonstrate a pleasant, friendly, and professional manner
  • Organizational ability and attention to detail
  • Understanding of Ontario's geographical areas
  • Ability to take ownership of problems with a positive attitude
  • Ability to remain calm and focused under all circumstances to deliver exceptional service to customers
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to work in a team environment to achieve common goals
  • Must have graduated high school, received a G.E.D or equivalent

Compensation:

$520 per week based on hours
