    Salary:

    Overview

    The Project Manager (PM) will report to the Director of Project Management and oversee all aspects of project management, including obtaining building permits, preparing tenders, budgets, estimates, and construction schedules. They will collaborate with both in-house and external construction teams to ensure projects are completed efficiently while upholding design integrity and meeting safety standards.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage project startup, building permits, and construction processes
    • Prepare tenders, budgets, estimates, and schedules
    • Ensure timely resolution of contractual issues
    • Establish and lead project teams
    • Conduct cost-benefit analyses and risk assessments
    • Track project progress and report to stakeholders
    • Organize and supervise project activities
    • Oversee project budget and expenditures
    • Identify and resolve project conflicts
    • Coordinate with project personnel and subcontractors
    • Ensure compliance with project policies and standards
    • Provide guidance to planning and engineering functions

    Qualifications

    • Construction, Building Technology, or Engineering background
    • Extensive experience in Commercial Construction or as a licensed Journeyman
    • Strong understanding of construction techniques
    • Effective leadership and communication skills
    • Proven track record in project management
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
    • Proficiency in Microsoft software and communication tools

    Working Conditions

    • Full-time position with occasional overtime
    • Combination of office and field work
    • Travel required
    • Compliance with fitness for duty and drug testing
