- Define, propose, coordinate and execute policies and strategies of the company.
- Manage the relationship with customers (both new and existing) and increase opportunities for expansion.
- Check that the objectives, plans and programs are met within the established deadlines and conditions.
- Work together with the different areas in order to execute the best market strategies.
- Understand and prevent market changes.
What are we looking for:
- 3+ years experience in similar positions as sales or commercial manager.
- Experience and formulation of sales plans and budgets.
- Experience in training and development of high performance teams.
- Be autonomous and have excellent business vision.
- Advanced English level.
