The position does come with the opportunity to work very closely with experienced professionals and is ideal for an individual who is ready to take a leadership role and help provide strategy and set the direction of human resources at EnVision.

As part of your role, you may expect to be involved in:

  • Partner in recruitment helping develop programs and attracting staff.
  • Assisting with interviews, onboarding, new employee interactions.
  • Support interactions with educational institutions for both coop and new graduates.
  • Further develop our use of the Human Resources Management Software and
Learning Management System.

  • Development and review of human resources policies.
  • Managing the health and benefits plan.
  • Conduct new hire orientations and training of staff as required.
  • Develop and maintain employee handbooks and training documents.
  • Updating compensations and working with management to refine compensation framework.
  • Assisting in the development of an annual employee review process.
  • Opportunity to be involved with other aspects of the business.
  • Human Resources training from an accredited university/college or other relevant experience meeting the requirements of the job.
  • Excellent skills with digital tools.
  • Excellent knowledge of Canadian labour laws.
  • 3 to 5+ years of experience in relevant experience.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently.
  • Calm and professional demeanor.
  • Positive selfstarter that can identify needs and communicate to management.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
$28.00-$35.00 per hour
