    Technical service representative

    Job - Permanent Full-time - Agent/Clerk - Customer service


    Branch office:
    Schedule: Monday to Friday (Day)

    Taking responsibility and control of your files by doing whatever it takes and making sure it's done right;
    The TECHNICAL SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE provides expertise in the following challenges:


    • Perform necessary diagnostics/assessments related to parts/service/equipment/machines.
    • Address complaints or issues raised in the service cycle to determine the nature and cause of these problems, seek
    Test and adjust repaired products for proper functioning.


    • Schedule service calls for machines / equipment in conjunction with company policies.
    • Act as the point of contact for all customer technical needs nationwide.
    • Works under the supervision of the Service & Equipment Manager
    Good communication skills and telephone customer service skills;
    General knowledge of computers (Microsoft Office suite);
