    Business Analyst (Cloud Transformation Strategy)Duration: 12 MonthsBilingualism:
    French and English mandatoryHybrid required - 1 to 2 days/week in the office.

    Cloud Transformation Strategy - Business Analyst

    This is a high cross-functional project for a cloud transformation project . It is a transversal strategic role that requires a BA with an overview.


    MUSTS of the position:

    Experience in process analysis and process definition:

    • who knows ITSM and SDLC, if possible.
    • Technical experience in process documentation (White papers, workflows, swimlanes, etc...
    • Minimal understanding of the Cloud and technical terms related to infrastructure and app development Expertise with Agile is not necessary, but a little knowledge of Project Management will be an asset It will have to have impact and influence on the various stakeholders
    • Experience in a financial institution will be an asset
    • High visibility project - Vision
    • Multi stakeholdersexperience, autonomy, able to advance quickly

    Team context:
    There is currently a PM improving skills + intern who will start in summer 2024 (early May)

    Mandate

    • Lead committees and working workshops involving stakeholders from different sectors to understand business scenarios/problems
    • Analyze (feasibility, impacts, processes) and communicate results to stakeholders
    • Analyze, document and prioritize different types of requirements and business needs
    • Identify, analyze, document the current processes, then propose, confirm and disseminate the target processes using recognized modeling techniques
    • Develop communication deliverables to support the common understanding of the issues and promote the mobilization of stakeholders
    • Actively participate in the definition of strategies and test scenarios and participate in tests with the project team
