    You'll definitely enjoy working with us! We're currently seeking a Retail Store Manager to come aboard our team.     We require someone who can be flexible enough to commute to locations such as Mississauga, Etobicoke, East York, Leaside, Scarborough, or Markham, as the chosen candidate will be placed in a permanent Store Leader position in one of these areas.

    What you'll be responsible for:

    • Oversee all store operations, including leading a team of Assistant Store Leaders, Team Leads, Advisors, collaborating with all departments and vendors
    • Motivate, mentor, develop, and inspire your team to assist customers in finding the perfect products or services
    • Foster an inclusive team culture that emphasizes learning and enjoyment
    • Monitor store KPIs (revenue, merchandise presentation, inventory management, health and safety)
    • Maintain a healthy profit and loss statement

    What we're seeking:

    • 7+ years of experience as a Retail Store Manager
    • Minimum of 5 years leading a retail team with 100+ employees in a big box store generating $40+ million in revenue
    • 5+ years managing operational expenses and revenue
    • Demonstrated success in surpassing sales targets in a high-volume retail environment
    • A leader who sets the example on the sales floor to boost employee engagement, customer satisfaction, and revenue prospects
    • Ability to establish a diverse, enjoyable, and secure workplace
