    *Role Overview:
    • Lead day-to-day store operations
    • Inspire and motivate team members
    • Foster a positive work environment
    • Handle cash transactions and inventory
    • Inform and engage customers
    • Resolve customer issues
    *Requirements:
    • Criminal Record Check
    • CannSell Ontario Standard Certificate
    • 3+ years leadership experience
    • Cash handling and sales skills
    • Time management and organization
    • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to educate and train others
    • Tech-savvy
    • Business or sales education a plus

    • Manage staff
    • Assist customers
    • Ensure compliance with regulations

    • Retail management: 1 year (preferred)

    Licence/Certification:

    • Driving Licence (preferred)
