Requirements:
- Two years RCD maintenance experience.
- Experience with API Requirements is preferred.
- Required Certifications (First Aid, H2S, Fall arrest, Forklift)
- Mechanically inclined and able to implement mechanical knowledge and skills.
Knowledge of:
- Maintenance processes and procedures
- Mechanical tools and equipment
- Quality control requirements
- Able to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines requiring mínimal supervision.
- Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook and Excel).
Responsibilities:
- Inspect, repair, and maintain all RCD related equipment.
- Ensure proper levels of inventory are maintained to perform repairs. Including elements, seal kits, etc.
- Create, distribute, and keep all records for maintenance and shipping.
- Build complete RCD packages and submit documentation prior to shipping.
- Perform monthly inventory counts.
- Maintain asset tracking software system.
- Perform semiannual field visits to all locations and complete asset and inventory counts.
- Inspect all equipment used and perform preventive maintenance checks and service.
- Maintain companyissued tools and develop knowledge and skill in their use.
- Assist the Facility Manager with daytoday tasks when required.
- Assist the Canadian operation team with all equipment maintenance as required.
