Description

We are seeking a crackerjack administrative pro to assist with the smooth operation of the club's racing department and events.


How you will contribute to the team:


  • Manage: and oversee all aspects of the club's race program, ensuring its smooth operation and adherence to rules and regulations.

Perform: administrative tasks related to the racing program, such as registrations, entries, records, results, and race materials.

Compile: and distribute accurate information to athletes, coaches, and other stakeholders.

Communicate: important information to athletes, coaches, families, and other stakeholders.

Collaborate: with the Head Coach, team coaches, race officials, and other department members to ensure effective communication and coordination for successful programs and events.

Maintain: accurate records of race entries, results, and other relevant data for future reference and analysis.

Qualifications:


  • Comfortable using both Microsoft and Google suite of products
  • Familiarity learning new software
  • Knowledge of ski racing an asset

Job Types:
Full-time, Contract

Contract length: 6-7 months
