Description

Duties will include:


  • Support Distribution sales and marketing initiatives such as, but not limited to, managing the print & production process for required print materials, updating internal Sharepoint sites with digital marketing collateral, maintaining catalogue of approved collateral, sourcing promotional items, and administration of sales incentive programs.
  • Identify and track KPIs related to sales incentive programs;
  • Determining target audiences for intended campaigns
  • Creation of automations and drip sequences
  • Reporting and analysis of deployed campaigns
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Collaborate with team members to develop strong industry & business intelligence, policies and processes
  • Identify & implement process improvements accordingly

Knowledge/Experience/Skills:


  • Post-Secondary degree or diploma, preferably in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related work experience required
  • Minimum of 13 years of work experience, preferably in marketing
  • Selfmotivated with strong project management skills & attention to detail
  • Highly collaborative and effectively works with key stakeholders across the company including senior leaders and key clients
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Balance of creative & analytical to drive improvements
  • Experience with social media platforms
  • Digital event & webinar platform experience is an asset
  • Strong negotiating capabilities
  • Experience in effectively managing budgets
  • Experience with marketing operations & production processes is an asset
  • Experience managing and working with external vendors, agencies & partners
  • General office duties as required
  • Ability to lift upwards to 20lbs on occasion
