Cabinet Design and Sales Rep - Langley, Canada - Merit Kitchens
Description
At Merit Kitchens, the Designer and Sales Representative is the first point of contact for retail and commercial clients, both in-person and virtually, and is responsible for generating sales as a brand ambassador.
This role is also responsible for developing detailed plans and 3-D models.Responsibilities include:
- Develop detailed plans and 3D models, and advise on the selection of colours, finishes, and materials.
- Coordinate and work with other Sales/Design professionals and provide support when required.
- Generate leads, prospects, and engage with new potential clients.
- Build a strong network by attending industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
- Track and report sales, quotes, and leads.
- Manage incoming calls and generate quotes using QP software.
- Resolve product or service problems and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Ensure the showroom is in clean and operational condition.
- Other duties as required.
Skills and Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and design software.
- Strong knowledge of sales and negotiation techniques.
- Wellorganized problem solver with sharp detailoriented abilities.
Compensation:
Base + Commission (OTE $70,000).
