    We are actively seeking a highly skilled Messaging Platform Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Messaging Platform Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in providing technical support for Apache Pulsar implementations, troubleshooting issues, and contributing to the development and optimization of our messaging platform.

    This role is tailored for individuals with a strong foundation in modern coding languages such as C#, Python, Java, C++, etc., and a passion for ensuring the seamless operation and enhancement of messaging systems.

    The ideal candidate is a team player possessing strong analytical as well as technical skills and are able to communicate the logic behind technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders. They must be comfortable working in an agile environment and have the ability to take initiatives.

    Responsibilities:

  • Offer technical support, troubleshoot, and resolve Apache Pulsar implementation issues
  • Develop and manage proactive monitoring solutions for issue identification and resolution
  • Optimize Pulsar configurations and code for improved performance and efficiency
  • Provide stakeholders with authentication and authorization details for accessing Pulsar
  • Develop Azure pipelines for automating Pulsar deployments
  • Creating and maintaining technical documentation
  • Train internal teams and clients on Pulsar usage, best practices, and troubleshooting.
  • 24/7 availability: This position requires the candidate to be available on call to respond to emergencies or critical issues as they arise.

    • Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering or Computer Science
  • 2+ years of software development or programming experience
  • Familiarity with cloud architecture concepts and data structures
  • Good experience in either C#, Python, Java, C++, or other modern programming languages
  • Experience with a messaging platform like Apache Kafka, RabbitMQ, SQS, Service Bus or Apache Pulsar
  • Exposure to cloud services like Azure Cloud Services or Amazon Web Services (AWS) is a plus
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
  • Logical, analytical, and creative approach to problem-solving
  • Detail-oriented work style
