SCOPE
The Sales Administration Assistant supports the Sales Administration team with administrative tasks.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Taking calls
  • Data Entry
  • Calling purchasers that haven't responded yet and
  • Printing and mailing documents

SKILLS

  • Basic Excel Skills


  • Communication

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate information both written and verbally
  • Selfmotivated and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong organizational skills with an ability to prioritize tasks

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous work experience as a data entry clerk, Sales support agent, CRM administrator or Real estate administrator
  • Experience in similar roles, related to supporting a sales team
