SCOPE
The Sales Administration Assistant supports the Sales Administration team with administrative tasks.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Taking calls
- Data Entry
- Calling purchasers that haven't responded yet and
- Printing and mailing documents
SKILLS
- Basic Excel Skills
- Communication
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate information both written and verbally
- Selfmotivated and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to prioritize tasks
QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous work experience as a data entry clerk, Sales support agent, CRM administrator or Real estate administrator
- Experience in similar roles, related to supporting a sales team
