Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team.

As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient processes.

This is a vital role that requires strong administrative skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work well in a team environment.


Duties:


  • Manage and oversee all administrative activities in the office
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
  • Assist with payroll processing and maintain employee records
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts
  • Perform clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
  • Support team members with administrative tasks as needed
  • Assist in budgeting and financial reporting

Requirements:


  • Proven experience in office administration or a similar role
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Experience with team management or supervisory roles is a plus
  • Knowledge of budgeting principles is preferred
