seeking an associate to join its Financial Services Group in Toronto.

McMillan's Financial Services Group is recognized for the skills and
expertise of its lawyers. The group advises Canadian and international
financial institutions, government institutions, private lenders and
businesses in respect of transactions involving a variety of industries,
in Canada and abroad. The successful applicant will have the
opportunity to work with clients on all types of financing transactions
including domestic and cross-border financings, syndicated lending,
asset based lending and project finance. We offer a dynamic and
positive work environment at a national law firm.

Applicants should have 3-5 years of financial services transactional
experience and strong professional and academic credentials.
