Meridian is searching for a full-time, permanentAdministrative Assistant to join our
Team.

Your Purpose
The purpose of the Administrative Assistant is to provide support to the Office Manager and the Projects team by facilitating the flow of information so that projects run smoothly.
What You'll Be Doing
Your day will consist of drafting agreements and supporting documentation, following up directly with subcontractors on document submission, and other tasks as needed to keep projects on schedule.
You will play a lead role in managing service and warranty requests post construction and provide extraordinary customer service to our clientele as per Meridian standards.
You will provide various administrative tasks as assigned and be a support to staff and external parties on various software platforms.
How You'll Succeed
You have exceptional customer service skills and communicate clearly with others in a wide array of situations. You are highly organized and able to keep track of multiple moving parts while maintaining strong attention to detail. You understand the move in process of homeowners and issues that may arise post possession. You take initiative in identifying problems before they happen and find solutions that maintain client satisfaction as top priority.
What You'll Need
- Certificate or diploma in Office Administration
- Minimum of 3 years experience in an administrative role
- Experience working in the construction management industry an asset
- Advanced computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office and use of Teams
- Extensive customer service experience
- Effective verbal and written communication skills

Location
This position will be housed at our main office in the stunning Nexus Building in downtown Saskatoon.
