We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Service Advisor to join our team.

As a Service Advisor, you will be the main point of contact for customers who require automotive repair and maintenance services.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service and ensure that all customer needs are met

Duties:

Greet customers and assist them in understanding their automotive repair and maintenance needs
Provide accurate estimates for repair costs and timeframes
Schedule appointments for customers and ensure timely completion of work
Communicate with mechanics to ensure that repairs are carried out efficiently and effectively
Upsell additional services or products to customers based on their vehicle's needs
Process payments from customers and handle cash transactions
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, repairs, and payments

Skills:

Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of automotive repair processes
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
Sales skills to effectively upsell additional services or products
Cash handling experience with attention to detail in managing financial transactions
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Knowledge of dealership operations and procedures is a plus

Salary:
$20.00-$35.00 per hour
