Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Shop Manager to oversee our automotive repair shop.

As the Shop Manager, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the shop, ensuring efficient workflow, and providing exceptional customer service.

Duties;

Supervise and coordinate the work of mechanics and technicians
Schedule and assign repair jobs to ensure timely completion
Monitor inventory levels and order necessary parts and supplies
Maintain a safe and clean working environment
Provide guidance and support to staff as needed
Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback for improvement
Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a Shop Manager or similar role in an automotive repair shop or dealership
Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of automotive repair processes
Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
Strong problemsolving skills

MUST HAVE VALID DRIVERS LICENSE
