What you'll do
- Implementing and Lead the CTC Customer Experience (CX) Program related to Electric Vehicles Program, helping us better understand our customers, improve performance & develop action plans to enhance the customer experience.
- Work closely with our EV Partners, Host Site Dealers and locations, Contact Center internal stakeholders to manage the resolution of EV 'calls', engaging key stakeholders & ensuring timely follow up/closure to our customers' concerns. Identifies and alerts management to events with potential high business impact.
- Develop a system of reporting data on, customer usage, trends, and patterns of customer experience, including dashboards, analyses, and various reports to inform management and appropriate functional partners of results. Recommend and implement actions based on your analysis and interpretation of results.
- Build a process for acquiring and reviewing customer survey data & conduct analysis to identify areas of opportunity, best practices, and trends. Develop necessary action plans to improve on our key metric results & response rates.
- Develop and foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders (Real-Estate, ESG, customer insights team, legal) in the management of partner deals.

What you bring
- Postsecondary education in Business or relevant discipline
- Strong knowledge in Office 356 tools
- SharePoint, PowerBI, Power Automate
- Demonstrated experience in database/analytical tools, statistical analysis, performance monitoring, report writing/presentation development.
- Ability to assess and evaluate impacts based on various scenarios to form fact based recommendations.
- Strong Business Acumen and understanding of business operations
- 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience is required
