    Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer and to the Lead Optimization Specialist, the Product Specialist & eLearning Developer will be responsible for understanding the RamSoft products, the product roadmap, and the relative benefits of those products from a sales perspective.

    As a Product Specialist, the candidate will routinely perform virtual demonstrations of the RamSoft product suite for prospective customers.

    As our eLearning Developer, the candidate will create modern learning experiences provide engaging experiences and enable our customers and staff to quickly understand the benefits of our products.

    The candidate will develop eLearning content to support pre-sales (marketing and sales solicitation), sales demonstrations and post-sales training efforts to train and activate customers and RamSoft employees.

    The Product Specialist & eLearning Developer's responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    Perform virtual demonstrations of the RamSoft product suite for prospective customers
    Attend "Product" meetings to understand forthcoming features so that they can be incorporated into eLearning and marketing content
    Act as a "product specialist" for marketing (e.g. content development, campaigns, etc.)
    For the e-Learning Developer
    Developing interactive eLearning with rapid eLearning authoring tools
    Editing photos, vectors, and videos as needed
    Write and edit content scripts, narration, and text content
    Ability to collect, review, and revise course content to support learning objectives and vision
    Adhering to visual design principles, multimedia learning principles, adult learning principles, and user experience design best practices
    Tests eLearning modules and resolves errors using various debugging tools and techniques

    Designing training solutions by tailoring library content to a client's needs, as well as crafting fully customized, non-library programs.

    Utilize ADDIE and other learning methodologies to develop new learning programs, determine learning objectives and create relevant and scalable learning content and assessments.

    Build training videos including screen flow videos by working with SMEs to create audio scripts and edit video content to produce final versions of course materials for the LMS.

    Collaborate with SMEs, graphic designers and technical writers on content development and
    LMS tool configurations
    Helps plan relevant instructional content
    Oversight of the eLearning platform and the various learning "pathways" for our customers and employees.
    Keen understanding on instructional design principles and their application in an eLearning setting.
    Apt with multimedia courseware development tools, esp.

    Excellent social, communication, and presentation skills; Proven experience mastering technical content, especially software and IT solutions (experience with PACS/RIS is extremely helpful).

    Comfortable leading virtual software demonstrations in a sales setting.
