About the role
The Product Manager is responsible for gathering and prioritizing customer requirements to create winning products.

Their primary responsibility lies in defining a clear vision that aligns with engineering team goals while keeping up-to-date on all developments essential to achieving our desired outcomes.


Key responsibilities:

  • Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth and profitability of the product.
  • Developing product pricing and positioning strategies
  • Achieve targets on Customer Satisfaction, Customer Experience and Referral KPIs
  • Perform functionality testing during the development (prelaunch) process
  • Design, run, and interpret experiments and A / B tests
  • Provide feedback to the software engineering team via showcases and trusted tester feedback loops.
  • Define the problem and scope for a given epic and present backlog items and key milestones to make up product roadmap
  • Drive product launches including working with customer success team, sales team, marketing team, executives.
  • Take complaints and assist in providing appropriate solutions or alternatives in a timely manner while ensuring any bugs are logged and actioned appropriately.
  • Track all testing progress within project management software (GitHub)
  • Test development against predefined business processes
  • Compare and contrast process flows with current tracked user flows
  • Advocate for our main clients (e.g. enterprises and large corporations and multi immigration applicants)
  • Work with a variety of departments, such as customer support, marketing, or sales.

This job is for you if you:

  • 5+ years B2B SaaS experience as a Product Manager
  • Have 1+ years experience in Sales or Production
  • Have experience working with brand image and promoting value through customer experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or applicable field considered a strong asset
  • Have exceptional attention to detail, a good attitude and a willingness to learn
  • Have excellent oral and written communication
  • Have exemplary interpersonal skills and demonstrated leadership experience
  • Are highly flexible and organized
  • Have the ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Are selfmotivated, persistent and able to work independently
  • Thrive in a startup environment where all teams are agile and ongoing reprioritization is required
