Description

Responsibilities:

Provide end users with timely resolution to their tickets, prioritizing inquiries based on urgency and importance.
Deliver training and maintain updated materials for HR groups and business units (BU).
Manage routine system administrative tasks such as audits, user updates, and annual processes.
Participate in testing activities for Workday functionality, including software upgrades and new implementations.
Collaborate with Payroll, IT, and other departments to ensure smooth HR system operations.
Support key HR events like Performance Reviews, Bonus submissions, and Progressions from a technological standpoint.
Research and troubleshoot technical issues independently.
Work alongside HR Business Partners to uphold data accuracy and integrity.
Analyze large volumes of data, verify accuracy, and pose relevant questions.
Engage with HR Partners to understand different HR functions, best practices, and their alignment with HR system support.
Maintain confidentiality and integrity of HR information following data protection regulations.
Demonstrate willingness to learn and grasp new HR system functionalities.

Skills/Knowledge:

Proven experience in identifying and resolving system or process issues.
Ability to inquire, learn rapidly, research independently, and demonstrate curiosity.
Comfortable interacting with individuals at all organizational levels worldwide.
Demonstrated proficiency in writing, editing, and oral communication to convey information clearly and effectively.
Advanced Excel and IT skills are essential.
Strong teamwork and communication abilities.
Degree educated, preferably in HR; experience in HR environment is a plus.
