What's the position?
As the Social Casino CRM MarTech Manager you will support the Social Casino Promotions and CRM team focusing on maximizing the efficiency of our customer lifecycle promotions and communications through marketing technology.
As a direct member of the Promotions and CRM ops team you will partner with broader marketing, CRM, product and data teams to provide CRM managers the data and email capabilities that will maximize acquisition, retention, revenue, and profitability of our lifecycle marketing campaigns.
As the Social Casino CRM Martech Manager you will:Develop deep understanding of our social casino business, KPIs, and marketing technology that will identify new promotional opportunities and cohorts for acquisition, retention, and maximize lifetime value.
Partner with our Social Casino CRM Ops leads and promo team to automate our lifecycle campaigns for social casino.This will include building segments, personas, and cohorts that sync our CRM execution, promotions and product experience to insure seamless delivery to our players.
Code and implements high quality HTML based email solutions and code content provided by creative teams across CRM execution platforms (Braze)Analyse performance of HTML emails and takes action to correct deficiencies
Support Social Casino CRM and Promotions execution and analytics teams in experimental design and setup of ongoing experiments across CRM channels.
Be the voice of the Social Casino Ops team to central product MarTech on feature development and capabilities.What are we looking for?
The ideal candidate will have:
5+ years of social casino or online real money gaming experience supporting CRM and Promotions
Proficient in writing HTML, CSS, JavaScript within CRM execution platforms. Previous experience with Braze and Optimove strongly preferred.
Expertise in HTML email development across multiple ESPs, dynamic content and personalization
Possess strong SQL skills. Amplitude, Tableau and PowerBI experience a bonus. Demonstrated interest in or experience with Python a plus.
Expertise in connecting data across multiple tools and building automated processes to ensure data availability uptime.
Motivated and intellectually curious individual who is ready to dig into data, pay high attention to detail, and develop solutions to problems
Comfortable managing senior stakeholder expectations and pushing back on requests which lack a clear thought process and business reasoning
Exceptional data wrangling skills dealing with complex disparate datasets to combine and automate the CRM workflow
