Description

Reporting to the Store Manager, the Delivery Driver is responsible for ensuring timely delivery of cannabis products and accessories to customers, reviewing orders prior to delivery, loading and unloading product and providing excellent customer service to our client base.

You are passionate about cannabis and customer service. You are part of a new lifestyle brand and are committed to sharing core values with customers.

*Must be 25 years of age in order to operate the delivery vehicle*Note that internally this position is referred to as "Educator".


Responsibilities

  • Conduct full vehicle inspection before departing to deliver cannabis products and accessories
  • Ensure cannabis retail sales by delivery are conducted with honesty, integrity
  • Pack and unload products according to company's specifications
  • Deliver orders to customers on assigned routes
  • Inspect identification to ensure the delivery is made only to individuals over 25 years old.
  • Review deliveries with customers to ensure products meet their needs
  • Obtain delivery confirmation from each customer
  • Safely deliver the cannabis to the residential address or private place specified in the order
  • Adhere to assigned routes, schedules, safety procedures, and transportation laws

Qualifications

  • Valid driver's license
  • Minimum 1 years' experience as Delivery Driver
  • Clean Driving Abstract
  • Minimum age 19 years old or age as specified by the provincial government
  • Able to lift boxes 530 lbs
  • Access to a cell phone with data to ulitize the OnFleet Delivery App
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Can Sell certification required
  • Criminal background check required
