    About the Position:

    This role is primarily responsible for the general cleaning to ensuring that Hazelview Properties is the preferred landlord of choice. Providing the residents with a Clean building they are proud of to call home and ensuring that Hazelview Properties is the preferred landlord of choice. This is a full-time roaming position in Halifax, at the buildings required.

    Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the apartment complex is maintained and cleaned in accordance with company standards
  • Responsible for helping get units "rent ready" on turnover when necessary
  • Other duties as assigned

    • Job Requirements:

  • Exposure to multi-residential or other related industry asset class would be an asset
  • WHMIS certification would be an asset
  • Proficient with use of basic cleaning equipment
  • Physically able to carry up to 50lbs
  • Vehicle
