Job Description Summary:


Provides a broad range of operational support and/or performs general to specialized transactions and/or other processing activities for own functional area within Operations & Technology. Supports partner relationships and is responsible for maintaining operational effectiveness to ensure business objectives, Service Level Goals and CEI targets are met. Reports to a Team Manager within the Team Structure

    BREADTH & DEPTH Works within moderately defined procedures and/or is responsible for activities involving multiple steps, systems, and jurisdictions Transactions and activities require deep knowledge across a broad range or variety of products, processes or systems and where transactions could be characterized by moderate risk Identifies and resolves issues within discretion and authority on processes or transactions or escalates internally as required Generally interacts with internal customers / partners for functions performed and/or external customers May provide process / policy guidance to others (e.g. within team, internal partners) Focus of work spans from daily, weekly to monthly activities Requires solid knowledge of the business unit and operational functions for the business area supported as well as regulatory issues/requirements for jurisdictions supported**
