The Executive Assistant (EA) role is to provide an important level of support and coordination services to the President & CFO - from maintaining calendars and coordinating meetings, while also ensuring that all the "small details and tasks" are taken care of.

Other key skills include being able to communicate clearly, planning and organizational skills, being able to work well under pressure and being efficient at data entry.
