Personal Lines Producers is a brand new sales vertical for the organization. As a key member of the PL Producers team, you will be integral to the organic growth of BrokerLink.- Are you constantly finding ways to improve on the status quo and never settling for "good enough"?

Primary Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospects
- Generate leads and referrals
- Deliver exceptional performance
- Be involved with your local community/market
- Consistently networking for new leads
- Marketing yourself in your community through social media and participating in local community events or trade shows among others
- Provide accurate and timely advice to potential or existing customers about their insurance needs
- Provide top notch customer experiences
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with our key insurer partners and various stakeholders
Skills & Experience
- People person
