The Yachimec Group is looking for an
Appointment Coordinator / Junior Advisor (F/T) to join our family. Our group is dedicated to provide top notch customer service. We're always growing, because of which, we're looking to bolster our Service roster and exceptional Service team.


Schedule:
Tuesday - Saturday 7:30AM - 5:00PM


Requirements:


  • Prior service and customers relations experience is a must. 2 years of Appointment Coordinator experience in the auto industry will be preferred.
  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Customer service experience
  • Ability to work in fastpaced environment.

Duties will include:

  • Answering phone calls
  • Making outbound appointment phone calls
  • Cashing out customers
  • Booking Appointments
  • Assisting customers, etc
  • Writing express work orders
