Description

We currently have a
Temporary Full-Time (Unit approx. Sept 2023) opportunity for a
Patient Care Coordinator in the
C5 Department at our
Bayview Campus.

**Hours of Work: Weekdays:
Days, 8 hrs. Flexibility may be required

Summary of Duties

Qualifications/Skills

Health care professional with five (5) years front line experience with trauma service patients
Must have recent C5 experience
Undergraduate degree preferred
Experience working in a fastpaced environment; able to manage multiple demands and changing priorities
Demonstrated excellent interpersonal and communication skills with patients, families and coworkers
Demonstrated knowledge in Patient Centred Care approach and principles
Evidence of ability to work independently
Ability to work effectively as a team member
Demonstrated satisfactory job performance and attendance
