    RBC Job Opening - Senior Site Reliability Engineer

    The RBC Personal and Commercial Banking (P&CB) is gearing up to launch an innovative program aimed at enhancing customer experiences through cutting-edge technology and processes.

    • Collaboration with Salesforce to develop the CRM Advisor Platform for a digital relationship banking experience.
    • Opportunity to work as a Senior Site Reliability Engineer on the Client360 Advisor Platform team.

    Responsibilities:

    • Monitor, deploy, and maintain applications on the Salesforce platform.
    • Resolve issues promptly using monitoring tools like Zeke, Splunk, and Salesforce monitoring.
    • Collaborate with operations/support teams to address technical issues efficiently.
    • Work with Lightning platform, APEX coding, APIs, and Salesforce Data Model.
    • Integrate Salesforce applications with 3rd party systems using APIs and UI frameworks.
    • Review errors, provide permanent solutions, and coach junior resources.

    Requirements:

    • 2+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce functionalities.
    • Knowledge of monitoring tools and production support in the financial services sector.
