    Responsabilités et tâches essentielles :

    • Effectuer la réception et la vérification de la marchandise reçue et l'étiqueter physiquement.
    • Placer physiquement et ordonner les items afin qu'ils soient facilement accessibles dans l'entrepôt et assurer leur rotation selon la méthode de gestion des stocks.
    • Maintenir les documents et la base de données (PGI / ERP; Notixia) à jour (bons de livraison, bons de travail/Job Orders).
    • Préparer et acheminer le matériel nécessaire selon les commandes de la production (Job Order/bon de travail) et réapprovisionner les réserves de pièces.
    • Approvisionner la production avec les commandes préparées et avec les consommables nécessaires.
    • Remplacer les pièces défectueuses/non conformes dans la production.
    • Faire le suivi auprès des fournisseurs (paiements et produits manquants) en coordination avec les Achats et les Finances.
    • Maintenir un environnement de travail sécuritaire et propre en respectant les procédures et règles, dont le 5S.
    • Toutes autres tâches connexes.

    Prérequis essentiels :

    • Diplôme d'études collégiales ou moins si combiné à une expérience significative alignée sur le rôle;
    • Expérience minimum de 6 mois dans un rôle en logistique ou l'équivalent;
    • Maîtrise du français et compréhension de l'anglais.

    Accountabilities and Core Tasks:

    • Receive, verify and physically label incoming merchandise.
    • Physically place and order items so that they are easily accessible in the warehouse and ensure their rotation according to the inventory management method.
    • Keep documents and database (ERP; Notixia) up to date (delivery notes, work orders/Job Orders).
    • Prepare and dispatch materials according to production orders (Job Order) and replenish parts reserves.
    • Supply production with prepared orders and consumables.
    • Replace defective/non-conforming parts in production.
    • Follow up with suppliers (payments and missing products) in coordination with Purchasing and Finance.
    • Maintain a safe and clean work environment by following procedures and rules, including 5S.
    • All other related tasks.

    Essential requirements:

    • College diploma or less if combined with significant experience aligned to the role;
    • Minimum 6 months experience in a logistics role or equivalent;
    • Fluency in French and understanding of English.
