    This position is within LBC Tech, a subsidiary of Laurentian Bank Financial Group.

    The role involves handling the daily administration and processing of financial products in alignment with the bank's standards and procedures. Responsibilities also include maintaining reports, addressing inquiries from internal and external clients, and ensuring top-notch customer service.

    Responsibilities

    • Reviewing all documents and applications for completeness, accuracy, and clarity.
    • Administering and processing financial and non-financial transactions according to the bank's guidelines.
    • Researching, preparing, and reconciling transactions for clients.
    • Maintaining client files for easy access.
    • Responding to inquiries and maintaining relationships with clients.
    • Verifying work for accuracy and compliance with audit requirements.
    • Meeting strict deadlines set by the bank.
    • Contributing to departmental goals and enhancing work processes.
    • Staying informed about relevant legislation and policies.
    • Participating in special projects and other tasks as needed.

    Qualifications

    • Post-secondary degree or diploma in Business or a related field.
    • 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a financial institution.
    • Bilingual (French) communication skills are an asset.
    • Knowledge of banking products is beneficial.
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Proficiency in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.
    • Interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Customer service orientation.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Organizational and time-management skills.
    • Motivated and team-oriented.
