Customer Service Specialist - Surrey, Canada - Merit Kitchens
Description
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Act as a point of contact for customers.
- Be able to work in a faced paced work environment.
- The go between customers and colleagues for best practice solutions.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, follow up to ensure resolution.
- Follow up and follow through on customer inquiries.
- Identifying common problems and escalating them to management, along with suggestions for improvement whenever possible.
- Familiarization and Assist customers with product knowledge.
- Respecting client confidentiality at all times.
- Maintaining a polite, helpful, and professional manner at all times.
- Ability to multitask, Prioritize and manage time effectively to trouble shoot and resolve customer issues, and or create solutions for overall customer experience/Loyalty.
- Patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative.
