    NOTE: This is a full-time, permanent, on-site position.

    There is a hybrid option after 6 months of employment* (3 days in-office, 2 days WFH)

    As a Flutter App Developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing high-performance mobile applications for both Android and iOS platforms. Your primary focus will be on creating well-architected and efficient code using the Flutter framework. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including UI/UX designers and backend developers, to deliver robust and scalable mobile applications.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Mobile App Development:
    - Develop and maintain high-quality mobile applications using the Flutter framework.
    - Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.

    2. Collaboration:
    - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
    - Work closely with UI/UX designers to implement visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces.

    3. Code Review and Testing:
    - Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards.
    - Perform thorough testing of applications, including unit testing and integration testing, to identify and fix bugs.

    4. Integration with APIs:
    - Integrate mobile applications with backend services and external APIs.
    - Work with backend developers to ensure seamless data flow and communication between the frontend and backend.

    5. Continuous Learning:
    - Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in mobile app development and Flutter framework.
    - Continuously improve your skills and knowledge to enhance the overall development process.

    6. Optimization:
    - Identify and address performance bottlenecks and optimize application performance for a smooth user experience.

    7. Documentation:
    - Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
    - Document codebase to facilitate collaboration and future maintenance.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
    - Proven experience in mobile app development using Flutter.
    - Strong understanding of the Dart programming language.
    - Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integration of third-party libraries.
    - Experience with version control systems, such as Git.
    - Knowledge of mobile app architecture patterns and best practices.
    - Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
    - Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
    - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    Experience with native mobile app development (Android/iOS).
    - Knowledge of state management in Flutter applications.
    - Familiarity with continuous integration and deployment processes.
    - Published apps on Google Play Store and/or Apple App Store.
