Licensing Analyst Intern for the Spring 2024, Burlington, Ontario (Hybrid)
Your Day-to-Day:
- Join a team of engineers dedicated to safely licensing nuclear power plants around the globe
- Develop expertise in the design, construction, operation, and decommissioning of nuclear power plants.
- Learn skills necessary to license traditional commercial power plants as well as advanced reactors
- Create licensing and technical submittals for utilities and the Canadian Nuclear Safety Commission.
- Work in teams to resolve critical issues impacting the construction and operation of nuclear power plants.
Who You Are:
- Pursuing or recent graduate with a BS degree in Nuclear or Engineering Required
- Will be required consulting and communication abilities to confer with others (mainly internally), gather information and present analyses
- Typical office environment working with computer and remaining sedentary for long periods of time
- Virtual Kick Off Event: which is an opportunity for you to meet your peers and will feature a keynote address by a member of the Westinghouse executive leadership team.
