A leading provider of outdoor power equipment for sale or rental with factory trained service technicians on-site to handle any repair, Arrow Equipment has all the equipment you won't find in the big box stores.

We are seeking a customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Promote and maintain good working relationships and collaboration with peers, clients, consultants, and suppliers
Ensure safety is a priority that is managed in every project

*JOB DUTIES

First point of contact for customers working at the front counter completing sales
Answer phones and provide exceptional customer service
Prepare invoices and rental contracts
Assist customers with their product purchases and rental needs
Some equipment assembly + testing required ( running 2Stroke, 4
Stroke equipment)

QUALIFICATIONS

Strong customer services skills
Strong and effective communication skills
Ability to lift equipment and materials up to 50 lbs
Knowledge of power equipment
A quick learner with the ability to identify new ways of doing things more efficiently and effectively
Strong ability to operate in a dynamic work environment that requires flexibility, multitasking and prioritizing of demands and commitments
Demonstrated ability to work well independently and in a team setting; strong selfstarter work ethic/attitude
