Good day, 

I'm a former cook/chef with 15 years of restaurant and culinary experience. I've rode the dizzying highs and gone through the abyssal trenches of the food industry. For the last 8 years I have changed my focus to construction work, specifically painting and fine finishing. I enjoy learning new things and new challenges. Experience

I started working in restaurants/service industry in the summer of 1997 when I was 15 years old. There's nothing from the restaurant/service industry that would be new or surprise me much anymore. This was a major reason I went into the construction industry in 2016; I desired new challenges and wanted to build new skill sets
