I am a graduate of the University of Galway, Ireland, skilled in Business Communication, Accounting, Corporate Finance, International Human Resource Management, People Analytics and several other important business-related fields along with an engineering degree. This helped in attaining an overall good business acumen with a strong technical background. My 3+ years of experience HR Intern and then HR Administrator to Human Resource Advisor and Talent Acquisition Executive, HR Content Management Specialist and finally as the Senior Executive of Employee Relations has allowed me to grow and develop both professionally in my HR knowledge and experience and as an employee within my company attaining both Irish and Indian experience. I have good knowledge of training and some aspects of organisational development so I have been able to express my creativity and ability to work efficiently. At the same time working with managers, I have strong experience in recruiting, interviewing and retention strategies by Increasing employee retention by rigorously maintaining a positive work environment. In my previous jobs, I had responsibility for administering benefits and working with payroll and compensation. I also did administrative work as it was a smaller organisation. 

I exhibit strong attention to detail and an ability to keep projects moving forward. Developing targeted outreach recruitment programs to recruit the best talent and meet all departmental hiring requirements is also one of the skills that I developed during my work experience To broaden my business acumen while keeping it up to date, I took up new certifications during quarantine and tried to utilise my time productively. Along with the basic certifications, I’m preparing for the SHRM-CP Examination in February 2023. Even though the recent times have been quite challenging for all the current graduates, growing constantly with the fast-paced economy and trying to make the best out of this situation is the way to go. On a general level, I believe you will find me resilient, hardworking, proactive, focused, patient, a go-getter and a team player with excellent communication skills.
