My experience at the front desk at the Best Western Plus Hotel has gained me necessary experience required for this job. I have communicated with guests and corporate partners for their reservation requests in-person, on emails and phone calls seamlessly. I have always offered excellent customer service to all my guests at check-ins and check-outs. My time as a Night Auditor at the hotel just perfected my communication, accounting, and customer service skills thoroughly. I complete all necessary front desk duties with my team with no discrepancies, perfecting my teamwork skills. At times, if I'm working alone, I do manage to complete my work all alone regardless of how busy it is, hence polishing my organizational and time management skills. I have enrolled one of the highest numbers of guests recently into our rewards program by advertising the member benefits to them.
