I’m a hospitality and event professional with over a decade of experience managing restaurant operations, leading teams, and creating memorable guest experiences. Originally from Mexico and now based in Ontario, I bring a multicultural, warm, and service driven approach to everything I do.
My background includes restaurant coaching, event planning, and front and back of house management. I’ve trained teams, optimized operations, organized weddings and corporate events, and supported restaurant owners in building stronger, more efficient businesses. As a mother of three, I’ve mastered patience, multitasking, and problem-solving under pressure skills that translate naturally into hospitality management. I believe in leading with empathy, clear expectations, and high standards of service.

Experience
I am a hospitality, restaurant operations, and event planning professional with over 15 years of experience leading projects, managing teams, and developing businesses in the food, beverage, and events industries. My background includes restaurant coaching, business development, event production, staff training, and operational management across multiple brands and countries.
As a Restaurant Consultant, I have supported entrepreneurs in establishing and optimizing food and beverage businesses through feasibility analysis, operational and administrative system design, staff recruitment and training, cost control, menu development, customer service protocols, supplier management, inventory systems, and brand identity consulting. I also bring strong skills in digital marketing, gastronomic marketing, web design, and social media management.
I have held leadership roles as a Wedding & Event Planner with Luxur Weddings and Events, a multinational company with offices in Italy, The Netherlands, and Mexico, where I coordinated high-end events and supported logistics for international clients. As CEO and founder of Alegricha® Kids Party Planner, I conceptualized, designed, and executed children’s events, and managed the full operation of the brand and its sub-brands. I also participated in the organizing committee of the San Andrés Cholula Film Festival, overseeing all VIP logistics for artists, filmmakers, and industry professionals.
Earlier in my career, I managed operations at Applebee’s Mexico, serving as Bar Manager, Kitchen Manager, and Service Manager, and supporting multiple store openings across the country. My responsibilities included staff recruitment and training, supplier sourcing, equipment installation, operational support, and the development of new food and beverage items.
Across all roles, I bring strong leadership, problem-solving skills, creative vision, and the ability to operate under pressure while maintaining high standards of service and guest experience.
