About Arielle Macpherson:
I have worked with children and families for the last 7 years in psychosocial intervention in order to ameliorate their overall well being and adaptation to everyday challenges.
I have worked full time as a psychoeducator in the public school system for the last 3 years. This has included many different responsabilities, one on one intervention, communicating and collaborating with parents, teachers, other helping professionals and external resources. Animating small groups and classrooms, developing different materials, tools and strategies to implement. Advising school teams on action plans to implement for a year. Coordinating services around the child and their family, crisis intervention, rigourous analysis and evaluation.
I am truly passionate about helping people develop their full potential.
