A Field Consultant ensures a Subway Franchisee functions in a legal and ethical manner while meeting its business goals. FC’s are responsible for developing compliance programs, reviewing company policies, and advising Franchisee management on possible risks. 

FC’s  role is to improving products and services for their franchisee by using advanced analytics with result oriented professional and always helping in organization’s to increasing sales, decreasing cost and increasing profitability.

• Implement and manage an effective compliance issues with monthly evaluation.
• Develop and review company policies.
• Advise to the franchisee for compliance with rules and regulations through detailed reports.
• Create and manage effective action plans in response to audit discoveries and compliance violations.
• Regularly audit company procedures, practices, and documents to identify possible weaknesses or risk.
• Assess to the stores operations to determine compliance risk.
• Ensure all employees are educated on the latest regulations and processes.
• Resolve employee concerns about legal compliance.
