Administration- I maintained and organized all documents, kept record of daily activities, efficiently took minutes of meetings and handled inter company correspondence by circulating agendas and memos. This was done through active listening and detailed documentation to ensure proper communication was shared within staff. I was also involved in creating monthly reports and preparing presentations for Senior Management.
Data Management/Reporting - In my role as Additional General Secretary, I created and maintained a large database of all the Party Members on Excel. This was crucial in providing senior management an insight and assisting them to make important decisions. I also presented weekly, monthly, and term wise reports to the Central Office representing my team’s performance. This was mostly done on Word and PowerPoint and was crucial to maintaining a successful daily operation.

Customer Service- Through my enthusiastic approach and the passion for working with diverse communities, I successfully achieved all required metrics such as Commitment Adherence, Net Promoter Score and Doc Rate which increased the company’s overall ratings. I have worked in fast paced environments handling large volumes of calls, working on multiple screens and systems simultaneously. I like to build a rapport with every caller to better able to resolve their concern ensuring best customer care, resolution and satisfaction.
